I could see the cables were completed and no reason the panel shouldn't go back on so I found where weird things like this happen simply exit the repair mode where your working on the machine and save game, exit game and return and it will work. I had an issue where it wouldn't let me put the back panel back on the case and also told me the cables were incomplete. Maybe one of you guys had the same issue as me ?
